Entering into designing and building a house takes commitment. A commitment to a long process that dwells within your finances, your marriage, often your current living conditions, and ultimately in your daily life. It'll even enter your dreams. Maintaining that patience is of utmost importance in achieving the goal of a grand finished product, and coming out of it with your sanity and security intact. That means that you must have the proper team working for you, at all times.

Ty has worked with some of the best of the best clients ever, in the past 30 plus years. And some handled their patience very well. He's not going to lie, some didn't. Teamwork is the foundation of success in maintaining the necessary patience required in building a fine home. Everyone plays a part. Everything else is layered from that foundation, which must be firm.

When guiding a client, HausPlanned working as design/build/interiors or as a team member, is able to maintain the helm of the ship with the in's and out's, functions, and activities required to achieve the final product, constantly focusing on that patience along with comprehension and education. We understand that we do this for a living... our client's don't. So, it is left to us to guide, advise, share, suggest, recommend, and in all respects, literally be prepared for a stress-ball that is rolling down the hill, headed straight for ground zero. It's our job to superhero that stress for our clients, and help them manage through.

Guidance is the key to maintaining a happy life during a building project. Have you ever heard the saying, "Happy wife, happy life?" Well, in homebuilding, it really reads, "Happy both, happy both." For HausPlanned, the BOTH in there are the clients and us. That expression exists tenfold in construction, amplified more so in homebuilding. To harness this mantra, HausPlanned guides clients through a time tested, explanatory guidance process from start to finish. We assume nothing, and though every client is different, the process is still the same. We perform a literal rinse and repeat of the same system, every time, which really has an ultimate goal of acquiring what we all want... a shared success and happiness during our project.

HausPlanned does this using countless lessons learned and tested & proven processes, which result in a satisfactory completion. More than that, a job well done - and appreciated by all. From working with clients as designer only, as builder, or working with another builder, HausPlanned is committed to providing the extra mile effort and handholding care, facilitating an answer to what our clients want, need, and ask for. This way of business has been the ethos of Ty's teams since reimagining the firm in 2008.
